In order to provide the best possible experience for pets in our care we require that you adhere to our policies.

Please Read the following before booking as we will not accept your pet at the time of your stay if you cannot comply to our rules: 

• All pets that are boarded should be current on their vaccinations, heartworm, and flea preventive, and be in good health. Rabies, canine distemper, and upper respiratory ("kennel cough") vaccines are required. 
• Just like a hotel our check out is at 11 am any pickups after 11 would be another night charge.
• Written proof of vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian and all applicable pet licenses must be provided prior to boarding.
• All paperwork must be completed prior to boarding 
• Staff  must be made known verbally, and physically written in your paperwork, of all medications, medical and behavioral issues.
• Additional charges will be applied for any pet who requires medication to be administered during thier stay starting at $5 per night 
• Additional charges will be applied for any pet exhibiting behavioral issues that require special attention from our staff. Including but not limited to; aggression, separation anxiety, and excessive barking
• We require a non-refundable deposit prior to your stay on weekends and holidays 
• Any cancellations made in less than 24 hrs prior to your drop off time will be subject to a $50 cancelation fee
